Bruce D. Dierking is a Colorado native and life-long Colorado resident. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Northern Colorado, Bruce taught high school English and coached basketball before attending the University of Colorado School of Law. During law school, Bruce was an editor of the Law Review and earned numerous academic honors and scholarships and was selected for Order of the Coif. Although best known for obtaining entitlements for some of the most significant projects built in the Boulder Valley region over the past decade, Bruce has also worked on a wide variety of purchase and sale, leasing, and finance matters, as well as complex 1031 exchanges. He is a frequent lecturer on commercial leasing and real estate development, past Chair of the Real Estate Law Section of the Boulder County Bar Association and a past Director of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Thistle Community Housing. Bruce is married with two school-aged children. Away from the office, Bruce enjoys family time, skiing, hiking, hunting, and rooting for the Buffs, Broncos and Rockies.
