Renita M. Jolley has practiced law in Boulder since 2003, after relocating from New York, where she practiced law for almost five years with Carter, Ledyard & Milburn, a sophisticated Wall Street law firm.  Renita concentrates her practice on real estate and other business transactions.  Her extensive real estate experience includes the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of office, retail, residential and industrial properties.  Her business transaction practice includes business planning, entity formation and representation and private mergers and acquisitions.  Renita graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law--Chapel Hill in 1997, after earning a degree in Finance summa cum laude from the University of South Florida. Renita was born in Utah and raised in Wyoming. Away from the office, she enjoys skiing, skydiving, hiking, concerts, whitewater rafting, hunting and traveling.
