Biography :

Brad Curl practices primarily in the areas of real estate, land use, construction, business and corporate law. Prior to joining PackardDierking in 2018, Brad was the Managing Partner with the Boulder law firm of Johnson & Repucci. Earlier in his career, Brad practiced construction litigation in Denver and defended design professionals involved in various design and construction disputes. Brad also has practical construction project management experience gained from his work for both subcontractors and two of the largest general contractors in the country.

Brad graduated from Baylor University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a minor in Philosophy. He received his law degree in 2000 from the University of Texas, where he served as Research Assistant to Professor Douglas Laycock and participated in the clinical housing law program. Brad is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (Real Estate Law and Construction Law sections), Boulder County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.

Away from the office, Brad enjoys mountain biking, hiking and spending time with his wife and two boys.
