Scott's work in transactional and corporate law focuses on buying and selling businesses through stock, asset or merger transactions, entity formation and employment related matters. Scott's work in the real estate area includes the acquisition, sale and development of real estate. Scott's experience in international transactions includes licensing, product distribution, strategic alliances and manufacturing agreements.
